Grosvenor Resource Corporation (formerly Reva Resources Corp.) is a natural resource company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. The Company trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol GVR.

Projects

Acquired in 2018, the Powder Property is located 75km north of Kamloops, in south-central British Columbia, Canada.  The Property is comprised of two mineral claims, and covers an area of 121 hectares.  Future work plans are being considered.

IAN ROZIER, B.SC., M.SC., P.ENG. (Non-Practising) | Director, CEO
Mr. Rozier is a Professional Engineer with over 35 years of experience in the natural resource industry. Formerly with Goldfields and a partner of Golder Associates, he worked for, or was a consultant to, several major mining companies until 1987. Since then he has been the CEO of several public companies in the mining and oil/gas sectors and has completed numerous capital raisings in Canada and Europe and is well known in the Canadian mining industry and North American and European capital markets.
TYLER FRIESEN | Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary & Director
Mr. Friesen has over seven years experience as an accountant and as an auditor of junior public companies. Mr. Friesen obtained his chartered accountant designation in May, 2011.
DOUGLAS SCHEVING | Director

Mr. Scheving has over 30 years’ experience in the mining industry, most of which has been in British Columbia. He brings many years of experience in the management and operation of public resource companies. Since April 2001, Mr. Scheving has been the principal of Corporate Administrative Services Limited, which provides bookkeeping, invoice paying and office services to several companies.

DOUGLAS B. HYNDMAN | Director

Doug Hyndman is a senior lawyer with the firm Kornfeld LLP where he specializes on behalf of private and institutional lenders and creditors in the areas of corporate banking and finance. Mr. Hyndman sits as an independent director on the board of several publicly traded companies and brings significant expertise to the Board with respect to the financial and regulatory aspects of public company management in the natural resource industry. He is a Lecturer with Insight Seminars, Continuing Legal Education in British Columbia and the Canadian Institute.
